I’m not a huge fish eater, but nothing beats teriyaki salmon. Especially grilled (which I didn’t get to do sadly) SO This is what I made last night!

Ingredients: photo

  • 2 filet of salmon
  • 1.5 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 5 minute brown rice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a pan with foil. Place salmon filets on foil and pour half of the teriyaki sauce on to the fish. Place in oven for 5 minutes. Turn over and place the rest of the sauce on the salmon. cook for another 6-7 minutes. Until it easily breaks apart with a fork.

Beans: in a medium size sauce pan heat up a bit of olive oil (1/2 TBS) once hot place in green beans and cook for 3-4 minutes. Be sure to continuously move the beans until cooked.

Rice: I used 5 minute brown rice. Super easy. Follow directions.

Hope you try out this ridiculously easy and delicious salmon recipe.
