I may be 22, but my back hurts fairly often from playing rugby in high school. Most mornings I wake up very stiff with some muscle spasms and I have been trying to find quick morning stretches to help. Sadly I almost always sleep on my belly or a side twisted form naturally during the night so I’m always really tight in the mornings.
This morning I got up early and found a fantastic 6:45 minute yoga stretching video by TaraStiles Yoga. Try it out this morning! or sometime throughout the week.
