Hey guys! I had been seeing roasted cabbage all over pinterest and other blogs and had to try it. Honestly I don’t believe I have ever tried cabbage. I was pretty skeptical, but I figured it couldn’t hurt to try. I loved it! It definitely had a bitter taste on some parts, but overall it was fantastic! This fresh, dark green-leafy cabbage is packed with nutritious properties and has hardly any calories! 100g of leaves provide only 25 calories. It’s leaves offer lots of phyto-chemicals that help defend against cancers such as breast, colon, and prostate. If that isn’t enough it has lots of Vitamin C (61% DV), K (63% DV), B-5, B-6, and B-1. So go pick up a cabbage next time your shopping and try it out!
